Mad Rad Beauty Collection provides luxury raw and virgin hair, offering bundles, wigs, frontals, and closures at affordable prices. Our goal is to give you high-quality, long-lasting hair that blends effortlessly and can be reused for years with proper care.

2. What's the difference between Raw Hair & Virgin Hair?

 Raw Hair: 100% unprocessed, cut directly from a donor with no chemicals or steam processing. It has a natural texture, lasts 3-5 years, and is the highest quality available.

 Virgin Hair: Slightly processed for uniformity but still high-quality. It lasts 1-2 years with proper care.

3. How long does shipping take?

 Processing Time: 5-12 business days (for preorders)

Shipping Time: 3-5 business days (USA) | 5-10 business days (International)

Total estimated time for preorders: 2-3 weeks max

4. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and customization, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours if theres an issue.

5. Can I cancel my preorder?

No, preorders are made custom to each customer, so cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.

6. How do I care for my hair extensions?

Use sulfate-free shampoo and deep condition regularly.

Avoid excessive heat; always use a heat protectant.

 Store wigs/bundles in a silk bag when not in use.

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped for efficiency.
